Federal Management are delighted to announce that we have become the first and only Debt Collection Agency in the UK to be awarded the National Skills Academy accreditation for Financial services (NSAFS). This recognition reaffirms our position as the UK’s best Debt Collection Agency for both Executive and Commercial Debt Collection in terms of performance and professionalism.
As an authority for excellence within the UK’s financial services sector, the National Skills Academy works hard to continuously improve opportunities, standards and performance. High level performance is achieved through high levels of training and quality recognition programmes.
In the National Skills rigorous accreditation process, Federal Management were assessed in four key areas, ensuring they met applicable FCA and CIPD guidelines as well as qualifying for the training and development provision accreditation.
Our company was also judged on its leadership, strategy, training and development. Also the available facilities and resources. Federal Management impressed in all areas with the NSAFS assessor awarded an unprecedented Grade A rating

Federal Management joins a small group of top UK Companies with this high level Financial services accreditation which includes the likes of Legal & General, GMAC and The Think Money Group.

As well as being a FCA approved and regulated Debt Collection Agency, we have received a number of awards and accreditations over the past few years. We have been accredited and awarded ISO:9001 status, received Investors in People Awards and also received the CAI award from the Credit Services Association for a high level of performance from our Collection Officers.
As part of our continued development, we are always seeking to improve our processes and strategies. Adopting a ‘Principle over profit’ ethos, we continue to set the bar in terms of results and in terms of performance.
2017 proved to be a very significant year for Federal Management with the opening of our new regional Scottish Office also.
